Melissa Tagliamonte

Ms. Tagliamonte leads the development of a long-term national business strategy and strategic growth opportunities that help Precision Talent Group meet its client's needs across all markets. 

With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Tagliamonte places a very specific emphasis on quality and fit through a unique, targeted approach with clients.  By fostering partnerships, she brings a tactical and strategic platform to yield the best results to clients nationwide.  Furthermore, her expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consulting optimizes the sales process and approach to accelerate growth, forge strategic partnerships, and build new business verticals.  

Ms. Tagliamonte has held various sales leadership positions. Most recently she consulted through her company, MT Consulting, offering guidance and expertise specific to the healthcare staffing industry including sales training, effective tactics, and strategic planning.  She previously served as the Vice President, Business Development at Medicus Healthcare Solutions where she built and led national health system relationships and oversaw the companywide strategy for physician staffing program growth.  

Throughout her career, Ms. Tagliamonte has been recognized for consistently exceeding revenue and margin targets and is a multi-year President’s Club Award recipient.  She received her BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Merrimack College, and her MS in Biomedical Science/Public Health from Northeastern University.
