Celebrating One Year at Precision Talent Group: Jan Roberts, Nurse Recruiter

As Jan Roberts celebrates her first complete year at Precision Talent Group, she reflects on her journey as a nurse recruiter and shares some insights into her role.

Jan joined Precision Talent Group in March of 2022, and since then, she has been instrumental in sourcing and placing top nursing talent with healthcare facilities nationwide. During the past year, she has developed a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and has built strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Reflecting on her experience, Jan shares that the best part of her job is helping nurses find the right job and assisting healthcare providers in finding the right fit for their facilities. She finds great satisfaction in knowing that she is making a difference in the lives of both nurses and patients.

Jan has also learned a lot during her time at Precision Talent Group. She has gained an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges that nurses and healthcare providers face. She has also developed her communication and interpersonal skills, which have been critical in building relationships with clients and candidates.

Fun Fact about Jan, she had a few nicknames develop during her time here:

JANIMAL: This nickname came from Joe and Melissa. They gave her this name due the amazing talent that Jan has with the ability of finding the right talent, at the right time and the right fit for both the client and her candidate. All of her nurses have such a great connection with her and are thankful for all her hard work.

JANANAY: This nickname came from Joe, when they were at a company-wide celebration party on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee hosted by owner Cristina Muise. Jan was being pulled behind the speedboat riding on “the banana“. Jan said, “Me and my big mouth doubled-dared Joe that if he rode the banana, then I would too (not thinking he would do it). She goes on to say, “Note to self, NEVER dare Joe to do anything because he will definitely do it!”
